In a tropical city on the ocean in the distant future, fifteen year old Mizuki
Maya is expecting to be accepted into the prestigious Ocean Agency after acing
her entry tests.
Even getting caught up as a bystander in a shootout between two bikini-clad
young women on scooters and some gunmen doesn`t bother Maya much. But when she
